If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. If you request a return on an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item(s) to our warehouse. Only new and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If your item is deemed to be in used condition when returned, it will be shipped back and you will be charged a return shipping fee.
